Accident Repair Process

In each of our five car body repair centres, your car goes through a rigorous process to return it to its pre-accident condition. All repairs are carried out to BSI Kitemark standard:

The Vehicle is collected after the accident A complete estimate is then prepared, with careful reference to the manufacturer’s standard, to ensure that your vehicle will be reinstated to its pre-accident condition

Removal of trim and damaged parts and components to facilitate the repair Repair or replacement of the panels by our ATA accredited panel technicians

Spray painting and / or re-coating of the panels and components – our paint technicians have access to over 60,000 colour variations to ensure they match the right one with your car Any panels and trim that have been repaired off the car are then carefully refitted

The final stage of any repair we do is a full quality control check by our QC inspectors The vehicle is cleaned prior to delivery

The vehicle is returned to the customer in its pre-accident condition
