That’s why we’ve invested in our processes and in software to bring the Lean Flow solution into all our bodyshop sites.

Lean-Flow is designed to significantly reduce cycle time to improve productivity and profitability, and adopting this approach has enabled us to achieve a 12 day cycle time from notification of job to invoice. We have halved the length of time vehicles are on our sites, vastly improved our courtesy car utilisation, reduced the number of customer phone calls, and have virtually zero complaints.
