to provide excellent coverage across a large area. The Group utilises the latest
communication and repair technology to ensure new procedures and market changes
can be implemented efficiently.
Here at Karl Vella, we operate a ‘transparent cost’ philosophy and are happy to
be analysed in terms of service delivery and financial cost by our work provider
clients. Average repair costs are regularly monitored, and monthly reviews are
carried out on a site-by-site basis, to ensure our standards of service and
quality of repair are adhered to at all times.
